At Mobibro, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return / Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement or return only under the following conditions:

• The product is received damaged
• The product is defective or not working
• You received the wrong item

To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:
• Order ID
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Packaging image (if damaged during delivery)

Requests without proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Physical damage caused after use
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Compatibility issues when device model was not verified before purchase
• Used or installed items (unless defective)

Replacement Process

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
Customers may be asked to ship the product back or the courier partner may arrange pickup depending on location.

Replacement will be dispatched after inspection of the returned item.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

• replacement product is unavailable, or
• return request is approved but replacement cannot be completed.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of wrong or damaged product delivered by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

Mobibro is not responsible for delays caused by courier services during return shipping.
Customers are requested to use secure packaging while returning items to avoid transit damage.
